Project Profile

Elizabeth Quay is the centrepiece of a bold plan to revitalise the Perth CBD and embrace one of its best natural assets being the Swan River. Featuring a stunning inlet connected by 1.5km of continuous boardwalks and promenades, the project will deliver great public spaces.

Within the Elizabeth Quay development is Barrack Square. The $20 million revitalisation of the Barrack Square Jetty seen here will be the first precinct of Elizabeth Quay open to the public. Kennedy’s was engaged by their Western Australian distributor Austim to provide the timber for these feature structures which used recycled Spotted Gum and Ironbark.
