The new Bovine Restaurant, specialising in local produce, showcases an elegant display of Kennedy’s precision pro led, class one durability Spotted Gum and Grey Ironbark.

Lining the interior of the hotel’s latest jewel, this chic space boasts an ideal mix of contemporary and classic design.

Reflective of its name, Bovine, the surrounding leather seats and rawhide wallpaper further complement the stunning timber cladding.

Catering for 120 guests, the restaurant provides patrons with a range of dining experiences, including a sophisticated wine and cocktail bar.
