Project Profile

Situated along the Brisbane River, Portside Wharf plays host to Queensland’s premier cruise ship terminal.

Developer Brookfield Multiplex originally approached Kennedy’s during the construction phase to assist with the regrading of original timber removed from the former wharf.

Recognising the potential and beauty of the original timber, Kennedy’s suggested its use throughout the new development in a variety of applications.

Inspired by Kennedy’s recommendations you will now find the remarkable Ironbark featured throughout the entire complex.

A luxurious residential, commercial, and retail precinct, this $135 million project demonstrates the ultimate use of recycled timber.
